Justin Scheinberg
Chairman & Director

Justin is a Director of GBR Realty Pty Ltd, and previously the CEO of the Scheinberg Family Group.  He commenced his property career at Stockland Trust. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Licenced Valuer (restricted) and holds a Senior Football License (Coach). He is a Director of a number of property and finance companies.

Mark Bowen
Director

Mark is a legal practitioner with over 35 years experience. His is the founding principal of Sydney CBD law firm Bowen Legal, and specialises in commercial, business and property law. Clients include the charitable and benevolent body, The Returned and Services League of Australia (New South Wales Branch), the Coogee Bay Hotel and major hotel and shopping centre groups. He is a life member of Australian charity, Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect), having been Honorary Solicitor for more than 15 years, and was formerly Director of Australian charity Bricks + Cartwheels providing support for disadvantaged women in rural Kenya. He is a past President of Lindfield Junior Rugby Union and village club delegate to Gordon Junior Rugby.

Dr. Anne Bunde-Birouste
Director

Anne is the Convener of the Health Promotion Program at the University of New South Wales Graduate School of Public Health and Community. She is also Founding Director of Football United. In recognition of her significant role in the use of sport for promoting positive social change, she was named the Australian Financial Review’s Category Finalist for Arts, Culture and Sport in 2018. In this same capacity Anne was a 2016 NSW state finalist, Australian of the Year. At UNSW’s  the School of Public Health and Community Medicine  she is also Director of the UNSW Yunus Social Business for Health Hub. Anne is an elected member of the Streetfootballworld international football for good network. Anne is recognised locally and internationally as an intensely inspiring individual and champion of youth empowerment.

Daniela Chiew
Director

Daniela is a Partner at KPMG and National Sector Leader for Business Services, KPMG Australia.  Daniela has over 25 years’ experience providing tax advisory and compliance services to ASX listed and overseas headquartered multinational and large private groups. Daniela also advises not-for-profit entities in relation to compliance and regulatory matters. Daniela is a registered tax agent and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. 

Dr Sally Nathan
Director

Sally is a senior Academic at UNSW Sydney and has been working in a research capacity at UNSW since 2001. She has been a recipient of over $2M in research funding in the last 10 years including leading two Australian Research Council Linkage Grants that are a partnership with ‘industry’. Dr Nathan is an expert in qualitative and mixed methods study design and has successfully led diverse teams and managed needs of partner organisations, both government and non-government, in research and evaluation. Her research is focussed on working with vulnerable groups and communities, in particular with young people.

Kay Rigas
Director

Kay is affiliated with the Department of Education and is currently Director Educational Leadership NSW for Penrith Principal Network. She is a former Principal and brings awealth of experience in education, in particular Western Sydney schools.

Paul Robertson
Director

Paul has been a CPA since 1998, and has performed executive finance roles in a number of ASX listed companies and private corporations in both Melbourne and Sydney including KPMG, Paperlinx, Techtronic, Hindmarsh, Orica and Quickstep. He is currently working in a boutique consultancy offering business support to the not-for-profit sector. Paul has specific experience and interests in delivering cutting edge information technology to provide business performance insights, as well as planning and decision support systems for organisations.

Martha Travis
Director

Martha is a senior business leader, specialising in the human resources stream, with over 25 years’ business experience, most recently in corporate roles as General Manager People and Culture. With specialties in employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development, employee engagement and HRIS implementation, Martha is passionate about assisting organisations and their employees maximise the outcomes and benefits from their professional relationship.
