Paul Saulog

Facilitator Leader and Sales Coordinator

Paul is a  Youth Worker with over 10 years of experience working with young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and communities. I have a passion for supporting youth through their development and relationships in life, and I believe every young person has the potential to achieve their goals and bring positive change to their local communities with the right guidance and nurturing. My purpose is to develop and mentor the younger generation to be the leaders and advocates for a better and brighter future.

I have studied a degree in Bachelor of Health Science: Personal Development, Health, and Physical Education at Western Sydney University amongst other credentials such as Grassroots Football Certificate, Skills Training Certificate, and Mental Health First Aid Training.

I am a Lead Facilitator for schools in the Illawarra Region and I host the Creating Chances Podcast. Speaking to so many different people from so many walks of life has taught me so much more about success, failure, and the diverse challenges that people experience that allow them to become who they are today. I also enjoy creating videos and tailored programs for the Creating Chances programs I work in.

When I take time to relax, I love to play golf, go to the gym, and surf down the South Coast.
