This includes to deliver our programs to you, to provide information about our programs, to respond to your requests, questions or comments, to conduct demographic and market research of our databases, or to send you marketing materials or newsletters about our services. By providing your personal information to us you consent to the use of your information in one or more of these ways. If you decide not to provide us personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the relevant services or information. Any information we collect from you will be kept strictly secure. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with any individual or organisation (other than those listed) without your express authorisation. Privacy, confidentiality and disclosure for program participants


Creating Chances collects personal information about paid employees, volunteers and participants to ensure safety of those involved and to gather statistical data to further support the program. Information collected may include: first and last name, residential address, parent and/or guardian details, phone numbers, date of birth, country of birth, refugee and immigration status, medical information and other.

Creating Chances privacy policy states that you should not reveal or access personal information unnecessarily; and do not gossip about or pry into young people’s personal information.

Creating Chances uses this approach to include statistics and case studies in:

  • Reports to and discussions with management
  • Reports to funding bodies
  • Media releases and interviews to publicise Creating Chances’ work.

All information collected about each participant of the program is kept confidential and locked away in a secure place.
