Creating Chances prides itself on the supportive culture that we provide as an organisation. We truly believe in the impact our programs have on young people to reach their full potential and grow their capacities. All of these successes are not possible without the tireless work of our staff.
At the end of each term we recognise members of the team who have lived out the creating chances values in their work as nominated by their peers, from our School Based Trainees up to Facilitator Leaders, everyone is encouraged and welcome to make Recognise Nominations.
"Blake has consistently embodied the Creating Chances values this term, especially through his leadership in sports coaching at Wyong High School.Each week, he showed initiative by suggesting and running football games during Girl’s United sessions, helping develop the girls' skills while growing personally and supporting others' growth.His positive attitude and willingness to try new things made a lasting impact, not just on students, but on me as well, offering fresh perspectives I’ll carry into future programs.”
"Maddy has had a huge term in regards to her development as a Facilitator. She has taken every opportunity to grow that has come her way including. She stepped up as facilitator on regular programs, and leading workshops at wellbeing days at Richmond High School, Chatswood High School and Wonoona High School.
Her commitment to developing her facilitation skills and stepping into new situations has been great to see!”

At Granville Boys High, Cooper has faced unique challenges with two groups across multiple years. From day one, he showed persistence and commitment, adapting his approach to meet the students' needs.

"At the start of Term 3, Will and I were set to run a new outdoor program for Canada Bay Council.
He stepped up from day one, running the sessions confidently and consistently. The council was so impressed they asked us to replace another provider midterm, and we’ve been invited back for Term 4.
