Intensive wellbeing programs
Our high-impact wellbeing programs are tailored to the needs of entire year groups or multiple cohorts across the school across one or two days. Outcomes include:
Future readiness
Preparing students for life after school, equipping them for higher education, training, and the workforce.
These programs can take place anytime in the school year.
Life Ready
Life Ready is a mandatory program for Year 11 students that prepares them for life beyond school. Many schools outsource this program to Creating Chances because of our expertise and proven outcomes. This program emphasises measurable outcomes such as increased confidence, resilience, effective stress management, and the development of positive relationships.
Transitioning from primary to high school
Transitioning from primary to high school is best suited for Term one of high school. The program supports students’ adaptation to new environments and expectations.

Key innovative programs
The Pacific Waves program empowers young people with coping skills, self-awareness, and confidence to tackle life’s challenges.
Led by highly trained Pasifika facilitators, this program uses traditional Pacific sports, games and the arts through capacity building workshops and the local context to better understand one’s sense of self and to demonstrate and celebrate culture and community.

Suitable for Years 7 to 12, including mixed age cohorts.

The program is now an integrated part of Creating Chances and is designed to inspire and empower youth through weekly football sessions and regular gala days.
Our football programs, led by qualified coaches from the communities we serve, have delivered positive outcomes for over 15 years in partnership with FIFA, Women Win, Football Australia, and the Australian Government.

The school-based rugby and leadership program is supported by NSW Rugby. It uses youth-led activities to build self-esteem and teach key values, including teamwork, leadership, and respect. Participants are partnered with mentors in a supportive environment.
Delivered by qualified rugby coaches and facilitators, our in-school and Rugby in the Park community programs have delivered positive outcomes through collaborative partnerships for over 20 years.

Trailblazers
The Trailblazer program supports young people in developing important life skills, overcoming setbacks, and finding the confidence to pursue their dreams. Programs include adventure, coaching psychology, and project-based work.

Creating a pathway to a career in teaching
Creating Chances collaborates with the Department of Education leadership team, principals, teachers, and universities to develop Growing Great Teachers, a long-term strategy to inspire and support high school students in pursuing a career in teaching.
The Teacher Cadet program is a 20-month program for teacher cadets that helps them learn what makes a great teacher. Participants gain classroom experience, find joy in helping others learn, and make a lasting impact on the teaching profession, students, and schools for years to come.

World Traditional Games Co-Create your own festival of sport
Celebrate Australia’s diverse communities with high-energy games that promote cultural appreciation, social harmony, and inclusion.
It is a mixed-gender and age event that creates a good-natured, competitive environment, perfect for Harmony Day and multicultural celebrations.
The day’s activities generally include:
