Intensive wellbeing programs

Our high-impact wellbeing programs are tailored to the needs of entire year groups or multiple cohorts across the school across one or two days. Outcomes include:

Future readiness

Preparing students for life after school, equipping them for higher education, training, and the workforce.

These programs can take place anytime in the school year.

Life Ready is a mandatory program for Year 11 students that prepares them for life beyond school. Many schools outsource this program to Creating Chances because of our expertise and proven outcomes. This program emphasises measurable outcomes such as increased confidence, resilience, effective stress management, and the development of positive relationships.

Transitioning from primary to high school is best suited for Term one of high school. The program supports students’ adaptation to new environments and expectations.
