Over 150 staff and volunteers were employed to contribute to the biggest event on the Creating Chances calendar since its inception, Festival23: an 8-day youth festival of Football for Good during the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, welcoming more than 100 international delegates, volunteers and guests.Measurable impact on young people
Deepening impact amongst young people on a range of measures including improvements in Resilience, Hope and Optimism, Sense of Belonging, Appreciation of School and Employment Readiness. It is notable that our Pacific Waves program had the most significant impacts as measured by the M&E team.Regional Growth
Deepening impact and sustained program delivery in regional areas including Armidale, Tamworth, the Sunraysia region of South West NSW and Frankston in Victoria. Our NSW Rugby partnership facilitated growth in Narromine, Coonamble and Gunnedah.School-based Trainee Program
