The Coach program can be run in conjunction with Champions and is designed for students in years 9 and 10.
The Coach pathway offers students the opportunity to step up and take on leadership roles. Within the program, some participants can lead sports programs for younger students and prove themselves as role models who can communicate effectively, mentor others, and take responsibility.

The Youth Development Pathway is our flagship program and central to our mission at Creating Chances. This innovative and unique sports program is tailored to build confident, capable and future-ready young people. Through sport, we explore personal growth, community building, social change, and pathways beyond school, providing children and young adults with essential life skills in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
There are five modules in the Creating Chances Youth Development Pathway, each designed for different stages of student development.
Springboard
For students in years 5 and 6: Our Springboard program focuses on creating resilient and positive learners prepared to transition to high school.

Champions
For students in years 7 to 9, Our Champions program explores personal development, creating self-aware and responsible learners.

Coach
For students in years 9 and 10: Our Coach program trains young people to deliver fun sports sessions with nearby primary schools to create leaders and local school connections.

Gamechanger
For students in years 10 and 11: Our Game Changer program creates advocates and active citizens through real-life project-based workshops.

Future Pathways
For students in years 10 to 12: Our Future Pathways workshops create opportunities for post-school success with individual transition plans and skills portfolios.

School-Based Trainee Program (SBAT)
After participating in the Youth Development Pathway, students can join our facilitation and coaching team at Creating Chances as school-based trainees.They will develop skills and gain experience that will pave the way for their future success.
