Our Recognise recipients are members of the team who live out our values through their work. They connect ideas, inspire growth, and empower the young people we work with to build confidence, resilience, and optimism for a brighter future.
Across Term 2, we delivered over 100 programs across regional NSW and Victoria. In order to achieve this it takes commitment and passion from our staff who contribute to our positive youth development pathway in a variety of ways.
Here are our winners for Term 2.
Lily
“Lily has demonstrated strong facilitation skills this term, particularly where we’ve led programs with high-energy groups. she’s consistently managed these dynamics with confidence and has built meangingful rapport with the students.She also performed exceptionally well at the wellbeing day, adapting smoothly to last-minute changes and confidently delivering activites on the spot. it’s impressive to see such capability and initiative so early in her facilitation journey.”

“The quiet achiever who just gets it done. not only has she been out delivering programs but she's also taken on extra responsibilities, all while making the comeback from her injury rehab. Her consistency, reliability and resilience have not gone unnoticed.I know her mental toughness and courage to push through challenges is incredible. You have grown a lot and still more growth to come, well done.”
Ruby
“ Ruby has become an integral part of our program, stepping in seamlessly when support was needed. it is clear that she has earned strong engagement from students through her leadership and guidance. She’s proactive, adaptable, and consistently doing her best.Her initiative at the primary school was especially impressive - anticipating needs, offering feedback, and resolving issues independently. She’s been an invaluable asset.”
Maddi
“Maddi has really shown what it means to live our values through her consistent work on the end-of-financial-year campaign. She took the time to understand what we had in mind for this campaign and turned it into engaging, meaningful daily content and posts that showed who we are as an organisation, what we do and our impact.You may have seen a lot of posts coming this month. Her work helped boost our presence online and encouraged people to donate. Maddi was great at listening and turning ideas into really great content, taking time to collect all the information she needed to create impacful stories.”
